Thank you for the email. The Omega 3 fortification is the result of adding flax to the hens diet. In regards to a breakdown, our poultry manager has been away from the farm, so when he returns I will try to find out.

Is there a breakdown of fatty acids in these eggs?

Is the added omega-3 the result of adding flax seed/flax oil?

They have perfect hearts until they quit laying - then off to s. They are not CR'ed (ha).

Just something I got a reply to.

Chickens will eat anything.
