I don't think the phrase " avoid prostate cancer " is correct.. I

believe the frame of mind is along these lines: " preventing increased

RISK in developing prostate cancer "

Heart disease has an essential " mechanical " component.. CANCER is

BIOCHEMICAL! Two completely diff things!! One CAN avoid heart disease

but one CANNOT necessarily avoid CANCER !!!

that's the way to think i think about it reasonably...

" One CAN avoid heart disease but one CANNOT necessarily avoid

CANCER !!! "

No problem, I don't need concrete answers, just would like to know

what do you eat based on your knowlege, do you calorie restrict ?

what is your gut feeling, you must do something diet-wise that you

believe will increase your own chances of longevity.

GREAT Q!!

First of all

I don't use " gut feelings " ROFL

I operate from the premise that ALL EATING IS INHERENTLY BAD due to

inescapable formation of FREE RADICALS with every BITE!

You can't get around this biochemistry. You may mitigate it's

intensity with whole plant foods but you CANNOT escape it!

Furthermore, I like to use GOLD STANDARD! DEAN O. currently holds the

GOLD! I base my diet/nutrition on his Objective collective works!!

I eat the OIRNISH REVERSAL DIET! PROVEN! EFFECTIVE!

The rest is conjecture (some good lots bad)

:B have a great day!
