Guest guest
Hi All, My sister's breast cancer has metastasized to her spinal column, with probable further tests to be done. It has been 47 months since her diagnosis in November, 2000. I had at that time calculated 20-year survival odds of 32%. When we saw her over the Thanksgiving Day holiday in her home, she had what we thought was arthritis in her knee and back. My sister is a fighter and highly determined. My aunt in her 50's had bone and other cancers after both breasts were removed for cancer about 8 years earlier and then she developed leukemia. She had much pain and fought many years also. At times such as these, I thank my CRON and lucky stars. Cheers, Alan Pater
