Guest guest
Anyone aware of any Windows based software that tracks nutrient intake and can do statistical analysis? I looked through the links and some have expired or are not freeware. Web searches are turning up a variety of shareware or pay ware that may or not be useful. Im curious to see what people are actually using and are happy with.
Guest guest
What I did was make my own spreadsheet from the USDA database downloaded into MS Access. You don't need to know a lot about Access. Some Queries are included. Then copy the queried data to excel and build a daily consumption spreadsheet (much smaller) for the stuff you eat. In excel there are a number of statistical analysis capabilities. I once did a stat compare with another spreadsheet I kept of daily blood pressure.
