Guest guest
Humans do generally like the taste of beef and (especially) pork fat. I don't believe many would ever like the taste of wild deer fat. Try it sometime. So what does that tell us? Yes, posts say that grain-fed beef tastes better than range-fed. Certainly believable. But... Paleo humans would want tactically to eat the fat of an animal for fuel, but did they accomplish this by having different tastes than what out tastebuds tell us? They weren't reading "Chez Caveman Nutritione" journals, so they went by taste. What would makwe them eat the thing that (by modern standards, at least) doesn't taste good? This excludes organ fats (kidneys?). -- Ken
