But I am having a real hard time with the digest as I know most of you that get the emails as they are posted does not pay attention to it. But when you get the digest then its lots longer and some times harder to read. I cant deal with the postings that has already been posted and somebody replies to it then leaves the whole posting in there. That just totally fills up the digest and makes it hard to read. If you all would please notice that you dont add all of the posting to your reply. It gives us with the digest the link for each posting and I sure could do that. But that means scrolling back up the page and clicking on the next posting and then scrolling back up or down. Some of the postings are very long when you include the replies from the others. Some days I just cant deal with it all at. Most of you should know that with the fibrofog that something that is long is very hard to deal with on fibrofog days or even bad days. So this might cause one of us to miss something that would be helpful to us. Like it was said not everybody with this is alike. So please be considerate.
