Guest guest Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 I heard that one of the B vits( B 12 maybe?) in high doses can help with fibro pain. I'm not sure which one so I have just been taking B Complex-50 one a day.. along with some other vits that also have B in them. Does anyone have thoughts on this?
