I have been asked to let you know that our SOTA new model WOZ5 Water

Ozonator is now shipping.

Mine is either a 3 or a 4, but curiously I think it also outputs

200/min or twice the earlier WOZx. much higher output, but I'm not

sure which model it actually is. anyway it had a slightly noisy

motor but not objectionable. it works very fast compared to the first

one but it's not a 5, it has the older casing. any idea what model

it is, or do I just get up, walk over, and look at it? probably no

model on it... just yakking.

Russ what's the advantage over the previous woz's of the current woz?

Hey Bob,

You have a WOZ4. The new features of the WOZ5 are:

1) Completely new ozone tube design. This is a design I have been

working on for about 2 years. It is a unique axial flow topology,

utilzing a surgical-grade custom-machined stainless-steel inner

electrode. There are no plastic nor aluminum parts used on the ozone

tube whatsoever.

2) The entire ozone tube assembly can be easily dis-assembled should

there ever be a need to clean the inside of the tube (or replace a

broken part).

3) There is a micro-gap between it and the pure quartz glass

dielectric surrounding it. This allows for very high ozone

concentrations with extremely high purity. The special micro-gap

prevents dust and other contaminants from clogging the tube.

4) The air pump is a new low-vibration type. It has high output

pressure and flow rates.

5) The ozone tube is modular and can be easily replaced (if ever

needed).

6) The new air pump is modular and can easily be replaced.

7) The ozone unit has a built-in digital timer selectable from 5, 15,

30 and 60 minute times.

8) The WOZ5 has a new plastic enclosure (looks real nice!).

Oh, our SOTA WOZ5 also has European CE Certification! (this is VERY

rare amongst ozonators. In fact I do not know of " any " ozonator that

has passed CE Certification, save for high-end medical grade units.)
