Guest guest
Hi. I am on a few other lists mainly began with colloidal silver and mms then onto blood zapper. We have been hounded with colds, bronchitis, pneumonia this winter. My question is... has anybody had any success with getting rid of these cold symptoms using these three alternatives? So far 3 of us ended up taking the route of antibiotics because of horrible ear infections and / or pneumonia that incurred. I am getting frustrated trying to promote these " alternative " ways when they dont seem to work.\ I would love to hear how we can get through these common colds afterall, we can cure malaria, cancer etc. but then in walks the horrendous cold...?? ugh Beth
Guest guest
6,000 may be correct for winters in Reno, but it is not enough in Delaware. You get loads of sunlight there. It is a function of how much natural sunlight your area gets in winter and how much skin you expose. I have a friend here who always works outside. He never gets colds. Should it be a surprise? I work behind a computer most of the day and seldom get winter sun at all. 15,000 iu seems to be necessary in December and January at least. I was doing 5,000 iu and got some cold symptoms... raised it and they went away. I love this stuff!!! Regards, Jim >>Hi Jim, 15,000 iu? Wow! I take 6,000 iu daily.
