Thanks Beckie and Shirley for commenting back about the virus thing. I

know i was long winded on the post but I am soo frustrated. I was

vaccinated for small pox when I started school many years ago... and

who know s that might have started my triggers. My Mother had it too

and she would have been 100 in 2007. No vaccines but maybe another

trigger. ?? I have heard that garlic is an antiviral " food " , and when

I break out with cold sores I start it taking the capsules right

away. It works if I catch it soon enough. Maybe take it everyday?

Anyone use garlic?

Plus all the other things we do or don't do. I know I do have to

pace myself better and take one day at a time.

must herbals such as garlic, vitamin C, and such work better will continual, long term use rather then just when sick (and i would suggest through food sources rather then capsules as herbals are not FDA regulated)... so have some garlic bread and hope nobody minds the breathe, lol blessed be liz dixie1340 <missmagnolia2007@...> wrote: Thanks Beckie and Shirley for commenting back about the virus thing.
