Guest guest
Hi folks: Quick question: Has anyone noticed, as they have lost weight as they transition from their previous eating habits to full established CRON, any changes in their sleeping habits? TIA. Rodney.
Guest guest
Sleep less, in general. Before CR, I used to sleep up to 14 hours on weekends. Now, I average about 6 on weekdays, and on the rare weekend day I sleep in, I may sleep 10 hours at most. Guest guest
I go to bed about 9-10 PM and get up usually at 4-5 AM. Sometimes I go back for an hour, and I never nap in the daytime. It might be as older folks get older they tend to get up earlier. It might be the rise in BP that naturally occurs after resting, and I guess that's caused by a req't to eat. But I don't always eat at that time. I typically did not used to be a morning person. Guest guest
I can only seem to sleep 1:00 - 9:00 with cron and before Cron, but as I have cut my calories I now wake an hour earlier (so seven hours with full Cron, eight hours with less Cron, nine hours with no Cron). But what I do notice is when I have to wake early because of an early morning postal delivery, I find that by the time I have made a drink I am instantly awake even after only four hours sleep. But in the past it would take three cups of coffee and three hours before I finally felt awake. Also in past lack of sleep would leave me feeling a bit sick and off foods until lunch time, that doesn't happen with Cron (my age is mid thirties, but my partner who also calories restricts a bit and is older than me sleeps a lot less and has a sleep pattern and hours more like JW at the moment). ... Guest guest
Hi folks: Thanks for the inputs about sleep. The reason I asked is because, about 40% of the way to my 'full established CRON weight target', I have noticed I need less sleep than I used to. I see this appears to be pretty much standard.
