Guest guest
>> To Jeff or to anybody, how does Clarence Bass fit in with CRON? I know Clarence and if you check his website, I have contributed to some of his articles. We dont agree on everything but he has inspired me in many ways and I have learned some things from his experience also. Clarence is the greatest example of a case study. He has truly tracked everything he eats and all his exercise for almost 30 years. And he weighs and measures most of it and records it all Clarence nutritional approach is close to Pritikin/Ornish though probably closer to B Rolls (Volumetrics) in his emphasis on whole fresh foods and his "lower" fat approach. His fitness is unique and is a combination of high intensity, periodization and compound exercises. I have never known him to emphasis the concept of CR, though he occasionally will review information on longevity. He usually answers email so I am sure he will answer any questons you write him. Oh, to answer your question? I would say his focus is more on the ON and not so much as CR and more on exercise/fitness. Jeff
