Guest guest Posted January 7, 2008 Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 I use A orgainc company called whole foods on San JOse in Jax., Fla go to our farmers market too then for eggs walk out back to our chiicken coup.IO will be ading 6 new chickens the white buff orington's too. So I know they are pestide free. For chicken I use on we buy at our IGA or Winn Dixie they are not fed hormones or injected with hormones. I have learned when you take off the skin of a Chicken the more clear stuff under the skin is hormones or pencilin they give the chicken cause it was sick.Now with red mneat the more white streaks ion it is the hormones they give it too.I eat red meat once a month is it.Mainly fish for me. I love our farmers market in the fall with the spaghetti squash too. but it is better to eat organic than regulkar food.I can tell when I give blood too by the way the blood goes into the tube too. wish we could exchange some recipies we have and we love with each other somehow. heidi Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
