what is the differance between epson salts & water softener salts ??????

One of my friends told me there is no difference between Epson salts

and water Softner salts except the water softener salts arenot ground

as finely as epson salts. She uses it to bath with as she has

fibro,Lupus,Chronic fatigue. So i was just a wondering if any of yuo

knew what the differance is beside we can use the epson slats as a

laxtive if need be and water softner salts we cannot. But Viki swears

that it works as good if not better fro people with fibro and chronic

fatigue. so if any of yuo all know the differance please elt me know.I

have been goggling it and found nothing yet. heidi
