feeling icky in morning

Helen, thank you so much for sharing your story . I am soo tired of

all this. I have been having my hand and arm go to sleep at night and

then I wake up scared it is my heart. I posted about that and

several wrote they had tha t too. but it still.... scares me when it

happens. this morning was bad. I must have slept real deep last night

and this morning my arm was asleep and the old cycle started again.

I am calling the doc as soon as they open I want some answers. Do

I need to do an exercise to help it or what. I am going to ask.

I would be crying too but too upset to even cry it seems.

Please those of you that pray, please pray I will find some answers

that will calm me down.
