Umm Tom this would be the children you felt you were missing

something with. Also the same children I lamented were so happy

knowing nothing. They: Bar dwellers are the surface people, sheep.

That is " social interaction " that people think is sooooo important

argh@$*_)#! & )^%$# & ( sigh! Bars=socail but also alcohol=barf so

does social=barf :)

I asked:

" What is the appeal of bars? "

Mimi replied:

You know Mimi, you are right, I never thought of it quite that way

before. I had always bitterly assumed that most of the clueless and

bullying kids I grew up with turned out to be rich and powerful and

successful, but I think it more likely that they grew up to be many of

the lonely folks you find in bars.

  • 10 months later...

Hi everyone,

This is my first post/question.

I have tried a few different brands of multi vitamins ( Walmart,

Centrum etc... ) and I swear they make my insomnia worse.

Anyone here feels like multi vitamins keep them awake at night?

thank you.

Thank you Dominie,

I went and read about all the things you have tried

I think I had read that list before many months ago,

but I do not mind.

All the information you provide Dominie is great!

Melatonine, 5 HTP, and over the counter " sleep aid "

like sominex have worked me for a while...

then they have stopped...

My problem is not so much that I can not fall asleep

but that I wake up often during the night.

I can not find a doctor who will prescribe me Lunesta

or Ambian or any of the more recent ones.

Well maybe I should keep looking for a doctor that will.
