I joke and explain away my lack of memory by joking that I have alzheimers (not that it in itself in funny-the disease). I used to have a fabulous memory and now I can forget what I said at the beginning of a sentence by the time I get to the end of it. I have asked my husband in fact, what I was talking about WHILE I am in the sentence. Basically if I don't write it down, I can't count on remembering (and then I have to remember to look at what I wrote down!), And if a time thing comes up, I have to keep checking the time and rethinking about what time I need to do something. It is not fun! I feel kind of dumb when playing board games when you ahev to rememebr anything, even for just a matter of seconds. I just do my best.
