Hi folks:

I feel like the guy who said: " If you aren't confused, you simply do

not know the facts " .

Recently a study, by the same scientist who originally alerted

everyone to the PSA test, showed that the PSA test is no longer a

sign of prostate cancer, but is simply a measure of the degree of

benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Now, below, posted by Al, (thanks Al) we see a study which says that

having BPH confers 37% protection against prostate cancer.

So let's combine those two supposed facts: Logically then, the

higher your PSA (i.e. greater your BPH) the LOWER your risk of

prostate cancer.

Are we really supposed to believe this stuff?
