Guest guest
There is a difference between Vitamin D2 and Vitamin D3. Vitamin D2 can be obtained with a prescription (in Canada) but you require more to see the benefits. My husband Tom takes 50,000 IU of Vitmain D2 twice a week. He definitely notices the benefits. Vitamin D3 is more expensive, but also more potent. "Once either form of the vitamin is in your body, it needs to be converted to a more active form. Vitamin D3 is converted 500 percent faster than vitamin D2." and that is why more D2 is needed. It is also important to have your blood levels regularly monitored since Vitamim D is a fat soluble vitamin.Sincerely,
