Guest guest
EEEK, I did the same type of thing on a new " ephedra free " fat burner that had synepherine, green tea, caffeine and some other crap in it. It was really scary. I kept feeling my heart beat in my neck and then jumping around in my chest, the more I tried to count the beats per minute the worse it got. When I reached the immediate care center right by my house I was in a huge panic attack, hyperventilating...just basically flipping out. I wish I would have read your scenario before I took anything! They did an EKG and some tests and gave me something to settle me down since I was hyperventilating and after about 4 hours I was able to leave, so I was lucky. I truthfully don't think a lot of the ephedra free stuff is much safer than ephedra, but that is just my personal opinion. --- In , " Skwigg " <skwigg@k...> wrote: > I just realized that I posted my " I Love Caffeine " speech and a " Thermogenics Flip My Heart Out " speech back to back. What a spaz! I should probably add that I wasn't consuming any caffeine at all with the thermogenic that caused the problem. I read the label, followed the instructions, had no risk factors, took less than the recommended dose and still wound up in the cardiology unit. > > So, uh, yeah. Guest guest
I pressed that invisible button again... if I could only locate the button, I could stop pressing it. Anyhow, as I was saying: My habit is to get into bed after I've taken all my meds, then read for a while until I feel sleepy. Hopefully that's within an hour or two from the time I get into bed. So tonight when I first realize I might be sleepy, I will put down my book, turn off the light and pretend that button has been pressed, the sleep button on the back of my head. Sometimes imagery is everything. Tonight I'll be putting my head down on a pillow in a B & B in Seagrove, NC, though. For me it's even more difficult to sleep in a bed that is not my own. Hopefully I'll be so tired from pottery shopping that that button will work and I will fall immediately to sleep. Pam ha! Guest guest
Good luck tonight Pam. Hopefully you'll be able to sleep in the B & B. Have fun anyway and please don't overdo it. You know what happens when we overdo, we pay for it for the next couple of weeks. Have fun though. Hug H.
