Reading others' joys lifts my spirits! :)Hugs, kisses and smiles from my kids.Singing. Always singing. Putting in a CD of the Gaither's Friends in the car and the whole family singing along, or when we sing a song at church that everyone knows and you can hear all 4 parts of harmony throughout the congregation. Heavenly! My husband - he keeps me sane! He encourages me when I'm hurting or tired and treats me like a queen even though I don't deserve it.Laughter at the dinner table. Thanks for suggesting this topic, Dom! So many times I can find myself feeling sorry for myself that I forget how much of a blessing life can be. Amity-------------------------OK,now would anyone else like to post some of their happy thoughts

and activities? We can all enjoy those and lift our spirits!

I like going for walks and looking at nature.

My spirits are lifted thinking about the love of my family and looking

at photo albums of them.

I love listening to music and writing fiction and writing in my blog

-- creative self-expression really brings me out of the doldrums and

brings me joy.
