Since you want to chose other what do you take for sleep.

I got off of elavil for me too many nasty side effects I do mine with

limiting fluids and then hot tea i have my alpha waking up my

delta .ear plugs make the noise louder and need to get a nice sleep

mask scented with lavender but have a hard time finding a soft sleep

mask.

But please share with us what do you take.
