Obviously, I missed mentioning a number of good sleep meds and

supplements (according to poll results so far), because more people

voted for " other " than for anything I listed!! Can you please write me

directly at dombush@... with what you are using for sleep

that wasn't listed in my poll? Unfortunately, I can't revise the poll

once it has been started, or all the results will be thrown out.

Maybe someone else can set up a better poll for sleep meds, or maybe

we can just share here on the board what we have found, if it wasn't

listed in the sleep med poll.

I voted for "other" in the sleep meds poll. I take Temazapam, which is the first thing that has helped me actually sleep. If I'm having a flare-up of shingles--which I am apparently cursed with because every time I think it's almost gone, I get another flare-up--I add Elavil to it. And if I'm having a particularly bad night, I also take Tramadol.
