The WHOLE grain contains the 'endosperm' from which white bread is made, and which constitutes eighty-something percent of the seed. So **ALL** whole grain bread is ~82% the exact same stuff as white bread is made from. And it always will be, as long as whole grain bread it is made from the WHOLE grain. If/when people start making bread from the bran and germ only, it will not contain the stuff that white bread is made from. But then it will not be whole grain bread because it will not be made from the WHOLE grain. Enough!!!
