One particularly, is Pectin, that is found in all apples, it is not MSG, Soy Protein, is the protein from Soy beans, in fact naturopathic physicians recommend soy milk when on a detox diet or rice milk. The author did research for a year and half, she list no degree of study to make her qualified to make all these statements.
