Guest guest
Thanks for all the response on my post... Yes, oatmeal does have gluten. That is why I think it may be a culprit . I eat and go back to bed. I didn't have it this morning, and didn't feel tired. I know is only one day but...??? The new doc I am going to is a rumatologist. sp? I have that numbness in my hand and tingling in my fingers too. He checked me for a vitamin B12 and B6 deficiency. Worth a test. He said that lack of those two vitamins can cause the tingling and feeling numb sometimes. My tests came back ok. So now I am going Friday for the gluten test. Also, want to say I rub lavender oil on the bottom of my foot at night. Helps the RLS. Better than requip or something else that is a drug. I also got the book From Fatigued to Fantastic today a t the library. Wow, what great info. He says that Valium, which I take at night to sleep, doesn't let you go into deep restful sleep. So that has been hurting , not helping, even tho I am conked out. I am DETERMINED to get to the bottom of as many things wrong with me as I can, and get help for them.
