Guest guest
I have no idea about the significance of your blood numbers but losing even more weight sounds scary to me. I guess if you can't be good at least you can serve as a good example of how " not to " practice CR. Tomorrow is thanksgiving. I am thankful you are still with us. I hope you chose to be with us next thanksgiving too. Please increase your calorie intake. He had indicated that he wanted to see me regarding my lab test results from about a week earlier. On the negative side, my weight was down 5 pounds to 97 with shirt, pants and long thermal underwear on. Cheers, Alan Pater

Guest guest
Congrats on gaining 8 lbs but it's a little scary if even with that you're still below 100#. I gather from your comments you don't embrace your doctors advice to attain 110-125#. What weight do you feel is appropriate? I had neither of my two sweaters on when I was weighed. Cheers, Al Pater.
