Guest guest Posted October 1, 2004 Report Share Posted October 1, 2004 im restarting CRON, had a bad spell there for a bit and fell off the wagon ae. fell into my old ways of eating sugar, eating compulsively, even binging. was just wondering what everyone does to stay focused and overcome some of the usual hurdles of " croning " namely not eating as much. im having a very hard time getting back to my usual small portions of whole foods. i cant help but at times have a " dieters mentality " which i know is an absolute no-no but it comes from years of dieting. im not trying to lose weight (a couple of pounds would be nice), i really am trying to strengthen my body and free myself from my addiction to food. i really need support and suggestions. i have always used food to soothe myself, i have always had high anxiety. thanks so much sammy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
