Guest guest
There have been studies of EOD (every other day) feeding vs. steady CR with interesting results. Since most studies have been done on rodents the applicability to humans may be non-linear. JR -----Original Message----- From: javierjoy@... Guest guest
Also: check the archives for many interesting past discussions about fasting and non-fasting. We also have a file/link about Lee Shurie's interesting experience with eod eating and the remarkable path he made back from diabetes IIRC. However, the best CRON plan is the one we can stick to. We all start out with big plans but it' difficult to stick to (as evidenced by the number of people who lose weight and then gain it back with various diets) on 12/3/2004 2:20 PM, at crjohnr@... wrote: > There have been studies of EOD (every other day) feeding vs. steady CR with > interesting results.
