Coconut oil/brain fog

I read the newsletter and wanted to comment about coconut oil. I

realize that FS and CFS causes brain fog/dementia but recently I

developed a serious allergy to coconut oil. I noticed it when my Hubby

had bought some truffles and after eating them I got a piercing

headache that felt exactly like I had drank alcohol. It was the same

burning in the ears, upset stomach, and feeling like a sword was stuck

between my eyes that I get from alcohol intolerance. I looked on the

package and everything was natural in it, except it had coconut oil. I

tested it the next day by eating something else totally different that

had coconut oil in it. Same effect.

I wonder if the coconut oil has something to do with the alcohol

intolerance. Has anyone else had the same effect?

I didn't get brain fog lifted from coconut oil at all, in fact it made

it so much worse and drained my energy totally.
