Guest guest
Hi , what you say makes a lot of sense. I will check out DINET.org. Throughout my childhood (and adulthood) whenever I'd stand or turn quickly I'd feel dizzy...weak. I realise now that I must have had low blood pressure all my life. Also, as a child, and even now if I wear a tight belt or tight-fitting clothes I'll get painful stomach-cramp. I only wish that the information you're giving here would be made available to teenagers with the same physical problems. It could possibly save a lot of future complications for them. Thanks Carlene > > Carlene:? Folks with FMS sometimes develop problems with their autonomic nervous system. Among those problems is low blood pressure and orthostatic intolerance.? One of the very strong reccommendations that are made for folks with low blood pressure or pressures that drop when one stands is to avoid any alcohol.? There are also many meds that one should avoid in that case.? You can go to DINET.org and there is a link for things you should avoid. > S.
