Guest guest
G'day Heidi...embalming fluid's a good way at looking at all these additives in our foods. I bought some Miso Soup (Wakame) sachets to add to my homemade soups. Tired, and forgot to read the ingredients at the supermarket. Plus it's got sugar, salt, alcohol, flavour enhancer's (621.635), Mineral Salt (508). Used one sachet, yesterday. This morning I've got a headache, and more lethargic. The manufacturers know that they can use natural foods to preserve foods. As in that scientific article I mentioned recently where one company will be using raisins (as a food preservative) to mask rancid oils in their food products. But, this would be far more expensive for mainstream food producers to implement. So, in the meantime everyone's being poisoned by chemicals, and additives...including young children. It's all about shareholder's profits. And God forbid that shareholder's should make a few less dollars so that the general population can be healthier. Education's definately the key to health improvement. Which is why sharing information in our group, helps.
