Good Morning fibro family..

Thankyou for the responses on constipation...its so much appreciated.

However,, I've been going to the same pharmacy and dr. for years now.

You'd honestly think if I wasn't suppose to mix meds, such as cymbalta

and desyrel and other meds,, he'd be telling me, right? And yet I don't

feel like he's being honest. So, what I " m going to do is call other

pharmacies and see what kind of answers I get,, to settle my mind.

I've been doing some research on Castor Oil.... and this is what I came

up with:

Castor Oil was known as Palma Christi, which translates into Hand of

Christ.

Study found Castor Oil packs Therapy of a minimal 2 hr duration

produced an increase in the number of T-11 cells within a 24 hr. period.

T-cells identify and kill viruses, fungi, bacteria,,and cancer cells.

To Use a Castor Oil Pack:

-prepare a flannel cloth 2 or 3 thickness when folded, measuring about

8 inches in width,, 10-12 inches in length after folded----this is the

size needed for abdominal application.

-Soak the cloth till wet, wring out till not drippy.

_pack should be placed so it covers the liver area.

_put plastic covering over the oiled cloth.

_place a heating pad to medium to begin with, then to high if body can

tolerate.

_helps to wrap large towel around body to hold pack snuggly in place.

-do this for an hour to 1 1/2 hrs.

_ wash the abdomen with 2 teaspoons baking soda to one quart warm water.

_ You can keep the pack for many uses.

_ Always use a high quality-cold-pressed castor oil.

_This is great for any kind of pain,,,gets rid of gallstones,,or any

abdominal problems.. but is also good for back pain, neck pain,,,,any

kind of pain....

I went out yesterday looking for Castor Oil,, but didn't find any yet.

So I " ll be looking till I find some....

Hope this helps someone....I just typed in Castor Oils Uses,, and

found a lot of information.

God Bless,,,,,,,, Jennie
