Guest guest
The elimination diet is 1. do away with certain foods you think that is causing you trouble for 2-3 weeks then reintroduce them and if you get a reaction like cramps or feeling icky the next day. You eliminate that food from your eating plan. I will do it with wheat, corn and some gluten products , I also don't do well with oatmeal even steel cut oats I get gassy and bloated too. I am allergic to Pork so don't need that. Also don't eat much cheese either. so will write it all down and get my health in better shape I am taking supplements and the I 26 shake too that Domini sells it is good and I drink one for breakfast every other day. Love the strawberry flavor and it comes in chocolate and vanilla too for that inf. go to www.legacyforlife.com So I will keep a diary and do that. It is given in more detail in Devin Starlyns book Fibromyalgia and Myofasical Pain Syndrome. Hugs Heidi
