Ladies,

160 meat-eating cultures worldwide possessing three times the bone density of modern man is clearly adequate evidence that meat doesn't cause bone loss.

Please for the sake of everyone's health read real research. I have a friend who is five five and a size four and weighs 150pounds. That because of her bone density. She is in amazing health too. She eats no dairy,no sugar,no wheat. Meat,veggies and fruit.
