Hey there everyone! My name is and I am a recent new member to

the group so I thought I'd introduce myself… I'm a 26 yr old self-

employed single mom in Southern California and I love to read, learn

new things, and expand my pool of knowledge. I personally am on a

mission to self-educate myself in a manner that will provide a

healthy, balanced, and happy life. I'm hoping I can find some good

info here to provide longevity, and I'd also like to meet some like-

Hi, -- welcome to the group.

There are a lot of Southern California members -- I'm guessing it's the largest concentration in the country. I'm in the Palos Verdes area, and there are others in Torrance, Long Beach, Orange County, etc.

I'm 59, becoming single again, and also self-employed -- I create revenue-producing web pages.

One other good source of info is the newsgroup sci.life-extension. That group's not just about CR, but has a wider focus. Lots of interesting posts there also.

Hi ,

I hope you will find what your are looking for in this list. I have been

following Dr 's protocols for a long time and have just one bit of advice

for you. Read ALL of her books from cover to cover. Then read them again. Follow

as much of what she recommends as you possibly can. Which book/s have you read?

People sometimes ignore her environmental cleanups but they are very important.
