Guest guest
I have fairly consistently kept to my CRON program for 157 days now. I have gone from 86.6 kg (191 pounds) to 76 kg (168 pounds). According to my Tanita scales I have reduced my body fat from 37 down to 23. My daily calorie intake varies from a low of about 1200 calories to a high of about 1850 calories. I am 179 cm (5 foot 10) and of medium build. HERE'S MY QUESTION>>> How do I know when I am doing " enough " ? Is there some set point (in terms of weight or daily calorie input or body fat or ...) that, if I reach, I can be confident that I am getting almost all of the effects possible to get from the CRON approach? With much appreciation, Dwight GoldWinde Shanghai, China
Guest guest
No there is not. But there are blood tests as outlined in " Beyond....... " , which you can have done by a doctor, and there is improvement in BP (which you can take yourself). There are also simple observations that you can make yourself. I rarely get sick anymore - no colds or flu. My hair is full and thick. My skin looks great. BTW although you didn't ask for advice along these lines, 1200 cal is too low for a 5 " 10 adult male, especially if you're middle aged or older . If you're not getting enough nutrition you can cause the opposite of what you're hoping to achieve - that is dying younger not older. on 10/2/2004 8:14 PM, Dwight GoldWinde at goldwinde@... wrote: > > I have fairly consistently kept to my CRON program for 157 days now.
