Guest guest
Opera had Dr. Oz study longevity all over the world. In one of the cultures, they ate tofu, stir fried veggies and I think good bread. These people were living to be over 100 and lifting weights each day too. Working out in the fields and had big muscles. Now this soy was probable fermented and not processed. Yikes,, I think we should just eat everything and just a little of it. ellie
Guest guest
Ellie, If you study the cultures, and read Dr. Price's work, you will see the cultures that eat soy eat very little. They also eat meat and all parts of the animal. Parts we would never eat. Also remember when you talk of soy and our bodies you talk of bodies that are not well, not consuming huge amounts of pure organic veggies, organic grass fed protein, not using chemicals on their bodies, nor in their homes, not experiencing stress as we do,sleeping in regular patterns. You cannot say "well they eat bread, they eat soy so we can" It is a lifestyle and a wellness that has them live long. Not just diet. I would bet bread and soy is consumed very little. hugs, Sue From: Ellie Gunter <ellie@...>Subject: Re: DR OZ and soydominie Date: Wednesday, December 17, 2008, 7:52 PM Opera had Dr. Oz study longevity all over the world.
