Guest guest Posted December 15, 2004 Report Share Posted December 15, 2004 This ultimately comes down to informing consumers about what they're eating, I believe a better solution would be to label trans-fat and sat-fat content of all foods... Putting the bad stuff clearly on the label would motivate Macs and others to clean up their offering... I wouldn't assume that the hospital cafeteria is pure..... physician heal thyself. I was dissapointed to see trans-fats in even Mac salads..... this has to change.
