Guest guest
A month ago I had an eye exam because I thought I needed to update my glasses. I was having blurry vision, so "assumed" it was due to declining vision. My eye doctor said that my vision had not changed over the last year, and due to my previous health record (mini-stroke/mild heart attack) she wanted me to see a more advanced eye specialist in ville, FL. He said my blurred vision was due to dry eyes, which I had been diagnosed with back in 2004 (zero moisture). He put "plugs" into the tear ducts in the bottom corners of my eyes. The blurred vision has decreased tremendously. I do, on occasion, have "watery" eyes now, but that is better than blurred vision. ()

I try to eat 3 T of ground flax seed everyday but haven't been very good about it. I'll go back to it and see if it helps. I'm desperate.
