least when you see at their conclusion showing that seaweeds and

pulses are not good food when looking behind colon and rectal

cancers. It also shows how fiber doesn't protect against those

cancers when fat increases in the diet, and that the real good guys

here are fish, green+yellow vegetables, and fruit. Seems it's good

science, but it refers to japanese people only, and works on

different surveys.
