Guest guest
I have fibromyalgia, MCS, and Myofasical pain Syndrome. well it took me a year to get into pain management . Then after all the tests they ordered 6 months to see them again then another 3 now I am in the door I will see them every 3 months. I have a very kind and understanding Dr.Who did 6 trigger point injections on right side 2 on left and one in neck area. He told me I had all 18 tender points in a major major flare. But for my trigger points go back in 3 months get them injected again then go down my spine area and even do hips. So ladies it takes time and effort for you to get with a right Dr then stick with them too, also learn all you can about your diseases so you can talk with them ask them questions too. I do go to a teaching hospital too which i am blessed to go to. But just hang in there when trying to find a good Dr then listen to his or her orders and do what they tell you to do. I am resting today per my DR's orders hubby is mopping then he will vacuum too. tonight we will watch the football game on TV. But yes I listen to My doctors take my supplements and my medications too. He also upped my gabapentin to 3000 mg 2 pills 3 times a day instead of one pill 3 times a day. But it was a long road to get to the point where I am at now getting the injections and getting the medicine upped too. Just wanted you all to know please don't give up hang in there and there will eventually be a light at the end of the tunnel. I hang on and say come on JESUS we are in for another ride and I need you beside me as we walk through the fire again. Merry Christmas Heidi
