Al, Why Iron everyday? Unless you are consuming vast quantities of green tea, have iron absorption problems, or are anemic--I would think it would be overkill on the iron. Iron is an element that you want just enough of I would think and not surplus amounts. Iron in the liver and bones being possibly the worst. IP6 is said to chelate excess iron and allow its excretion. -- Ken

They are below. I was surprised that the NaCl in the blood was lower, since I have been taking more NaCl in my diet for its iodine. I continue supplementing with magnesium also. Ditto for iron to bring up my hemoglobin without apparent success. Despite my previous diagnosis of pneumonia, and now surprisingly bronchitis, my immune cells seem to have drifted lower, but remain well above pre-infection levels. The major information in the September 17 lung biopsy results was the diagnosis of bronchitis. The polymorphs are: [Mammalian blood leukocyte (granulocyte) of myeloid series in distinction to mononuclear leukocytes: See: neutrophil, eosinophil, basophil] Cocci are round bacteria as grapelike clusters for staphylococcus of hospital infections and pairs as in diplococcus for pneumonia bacteria. My weight remains where it was since gaining considerable weight and losing water buildup in my left leg. My cough remains little better than it was when the condition resulted in my seeking professional assistance. My left hip apparently fractured in my fall Friday while mowing the lawn by pulling the mower backwards. It hurts, but it does not hurt as much or bother sleep as much as my fracture last December. I continue to walk, albeit with pain for twice daily half hour walks. We plan to visit my sister, brother and their families over our Thanksgiving weekend this weekend in the Lower Mainland. My sister's breast cancer has now spread to her bones. Ouch. It is better to live day by day for you might not be here tomorrow. Re: Quotation from Beyond: " Live as if you were to die tomorrow.
