Guest guest Posted January 17, 2011 Report Share Posted January 17, 2011 Hi, yes, it's been very helpful for myself. I get awful leg cramps and it helped a lot. I use the kirkman magnesium sulfate cream. I also take it in combination with oral magnesium malate. For some reason that is the only form that helps my constipation/leg cramps. It seems like the combo of the oral supplement and cream work great. If I go too long without on or the other my cramps come back. From: roberto_meza75@...
