Guest guest
When I was pregnant I was told not to do the flush by my midwives and Chiropractor but as soon as I could afterwards I was able to do them. I was told that the flush pulls out toxins from our bodies and so there is more of a chance of those toxins getting to the baby. You might want to try the liver cleansing diet and the fruit diet and see if changes like that will help. Also taking the flax oil and lethicin is really good and the flax oil I just read about is especially important for baby while pregnant and nursing. It's brain food for them. The flax oil is actually quite easy to take, it doesn't taste as bad as it sounds. One Dr. I knew put it on his cereal but if you are trying to cut out dairy which really isn't that great for your body anyway you can put it in juice. Around here we do a fresh apple juice drink with a handful of fresh spinach a banana and a tbsp of flax oil. Its very good tasting and gives you energy and easier for the body to digest than a bowl of cereal and milk. Also eat lots of small meals throughout the day instead of large ones. Like grazing, it's better for the body. I hope these suggestions have helped. ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
