Guest guest
According to news reports, Clinton had gained weight, stopped running and went off his healthy diet in recent years. During his presidential years he was a Mc's junky. Vegetarian in and of itself doesn't mean a thing. You can still be eating plenty of foods that are unhealthy such as: baked goods with plenty of unsavory ingredients, full fat dairy, oils in salad dressings, processed foods with trans fats, loads of sugar, etc. I used to work with some 7th day adventists who were vegetarians and were grossly overweight. on 10/14/2004 11:59 AM, Rodney at perspect1111@... wrote: > > Hi JW: > > Worth bearing in mind that Bill Clinton was so enamored of the Ornish > diet that Ornish 'dedicated' one of his books to him.
