Guest guest
Hi JW: Of course the logic here is that once we have the full list, we can try to think up ways of achieving each of the objectives. You raise the issue of pain. If that is not especially realistic then we can tackle that by (sorry, folks!) making another little list. This time the list is 'sources of pain in old age'. Then we can try to figure out how to arrange, ahead of time, how to avoid each of them happening later: 1. Arthritis. 2. Back pain. 3. Headaches? 4. ........... ??? Suggestions? Guest guest
Muscle pain (unknown cause) Joint pain (not necessarily arthritis) Gout Pinched nerves. (maybe disk failure, maybe something else) But recognize that pain is essential to knowing that something is wrong. If I continue to get pains, I know I'm alive. If a part goes numb, that's bad.
