Guest guest
I hate to be mean, but it is just another anti depressant. ly, I only get depressed when I think about the fact that I have a virus. When they come up with an anti virul medication for the chronic fatigue portion then I am interested. I lived most of my life on anti depressants and none of them worked. When I finally got off of them, I realized I wasn't truly depressed. I realized I was simply feeling sad over the fact that I am not a formidable member of society because of the virus. Not trying to be mean, but they keep avoiding the real issue. How many people here would figure they wouldn't be depressed if they could perform a full day without running out of energy and knew they could get a good nights rest without meds? I know that the diseases herein causes many more diseases that cannot be cured, but knowing the virus was gone or going to be gone would certainly inspire me to get better in other departments. Okay, I'm done with my rant, thanks for listening. Stacie
Guest guest
There's a link between CFIDS and HHPV-6 (oral herpes virus). I take acyclovir (anti-viral) for one week every month (and sometimes more often). It helps me to not get sick as often. It was prescribed by my good doc in ville (Dr. Balbona). I have also reported on Dr. Dantini in Ormond Beach, FL who uses anti-virals for CFIDS patients. Search my newsletter archives at http://www.fms-help.com/newsletters.htm I met a lady in a chiro office years ago who told me he " cured " her.
