Guest guest
Hi folks: This is really amazing. Does anyone else remember the 'old wives tale' that 'eating fish would give you brains?' Don't tell me it is really true. Astonishing. Did someone notice all those years ago that fish eaters seemed to be brighter than non fish eaters? Or was it pure luck? After all no one ever suggested any other product would improve yer mental capacity. And there are lots of other products they could have chosen to label that way instead. So it really is a very surprising coincidence, if indeed it is a coincidence. And it was an extraordinarily astute observation by someone if it is not coincidence. Guest guest
The idea that DHA was important grew from a study of improving IQ in certain babies by adding DHA to formula. All the formulas I looked at a cupla years ago have this added. How much we need as adults from fish or FO is arguable, perhaps. I understand the brain conserves essential fats. Maybe a capsule per week, per month?
