I started taking a magnesium supplement (after reading about it on this message board) and that has helped my IBS so much. I was constipated almost all the time and when I wasn't, it was the opposite. Now I'm much better. Do you also take a magnesium supplement? I'm wondering if one can get too much magnesium and if I also used the gel if I could OD on it...? I am currently using some sea mineral cream which I find FOR MYSELF gives relief from pain for a short while and certainly helps with leg spasms.
